Another beautiful day, but the heat and humidity are coming, along with increased rain chances the next few days. Started today's ride in New Carlisle, sort of a "grain elevator" ride as I photographed another down below in a little small city. Visited two cities Tipp City (the water tower) and Troy (the big old building below that).
Got out in some interesting country from Troy, down some new and wonderful roads. Some of the towns I rode though included Lawrenceville and Terre Houte plus some other places. Many of them were some houses and a church along with a store of some sort. It was amazing to get to see them. Traffic was real light and yes there were a lot of farms. Did not stop to get photos of the animals as I did yesterday, but saw a lot of horses, cows and even some goats.
Last stop was at George Rogers Clark Park. That was a battlefield across from it. Stone talks about the battle below and at bottom is the battlefield. I have some more photos at my Ohio and Me page.
