First Day of Summer Ride (June 21, 2019)

 Rains have continued in the area, plus we were out of town for a few days (down in Indiana where it also rained). Came back yesterday and found more rain.
However on this first day of Summer the skies finally cleared and the rain finally stopped. I rode out to Tipp City which is another favorite Ohio town of mine to visit. Stopped at the Canal Park where I got this photo. Fun place to see which even has a part of one of the historic canals there. Tipp City has a lot of neat things to see and do and always enjoy that a great deal.

Rode back toward New Carlisle for a quick stop and a refreshing beverage at 571 Grill. Started to head back home but then remembered a stop I needed to make before getting home. I turned around at this nursery which am thinking is going to be a future visit for Debbie and me.
Anyhow back to New Carlisle and then back home the long way.
It was great to see this weather and to enjoy the blue skies and sunshine after so long. It was a wonderful ride and I enjoyed it a great deal today. Hoping that the weather for the Dayton Air Show tomorrow is as good.
