Country Ride (May 11, 2024)

Due to some very rainy weather of late, have not been able to get the motorcycle out. However, got a beautiful Saturday (after go figure, morning rain) and rode out some 70 miles. 

Stopped at Rally's for lunch just outside of Springfield, Ohio. Good eats and an old favorite of mine. Went to a number of places after that, and on a variety of roads. Fine with highways, but backroads are a better ride. 

Went by a lot of farms, and saw a lot of farm animals. Did not see a lot of farmers working the fields, probably due to the excessive amount of rain we have had the previous few days (as noted at the top of this post.

At any case, was a perfect day for a really great ride. It was quite windy but not so windy to be dangerous, but was a lot of fun.
